The isolation, structure determination and activity test against bacteria patogen secondary metabolites of sponges Clathria reinwardhti has been carried out. Separation techniques used consisted of maceration and fractination, while the structure of compounds were elucidated based on physical, spectroscopie UV and IR data. Two compounds that obtained were predicted as (1) Triterpenoid, and (2) Steroid. Compound (1) showed stronged toxicity against bacteria patogen 9,51 mm (2) showed high toxicity bacteria patogen with 11,41 mm.
