The frequency of ovarian tumors with pregnancy is rare. The present case reports a malignant mixed ovarian germ cell tumor diagnosed on routine ultrasonography in a primigravida at 11wks of gestation.Conservative surgery followed by combination chemotherapy resulted in a healthy maternal and neonatal outcome.Hence,a multidisciplinary approach, consisting of gynaecologists, oncologists and neonatologists is necessary for a successful outcome in such cases.
