Parasite or heteropagus twin represent one of the rare forms of conjoined twins in which an incomplete smaller (parasite) twin is attached to and dependent on an otherwise normal host twin. It occurs as a result of abnormal process in first few weeks of embryologic development. This is a case of parasite twins. Full term conjoined twins were delivered by Caeserean section. The parasite twin was attached to the right lateral side of the abdomen of host twin. The twins were operated on the 7th day and the whole parasite twin was removed from the host twin.
